The blower can be used to clean air, clean gas, sulfur dioxide and other inert gases, and can also produce and transport other flammable, explosive, corrosive, toxic and special gases on demand.
The blower is mainly composed of the following six parts: motor, air filter, blower body, air chamber, base (and oil tank), drip nozzle. The blower operates eccentrically on the rotor offset in the cylinder, and changes the volume between the blades in the rotor slot to suck in, compress, and discharge air. During operation, the pressure difference of the blower is used to automatically send the lubrication to the drip nozzle, and drip into the cylinder to reduce friction and noise, while keeping the gas in the cylinder from returning. This type of blower is also called a sliding vane blower.
Blowers can be classified according to wind pressure: According to the pressure of the fan, fans can be divided into low-pressure fans, medium-pressure fans and high-pressure fans. The pressure range is as follows:
1. Low pressure: full pressure of fan H ≤1000Pa;
2. Medium pressure: 1000Pa < H ≤ 3000Pa;
3. High pressure (centrifugal fan): 3000Pa < H ≤15000 Pa.
Ventilation projects mostly use low-pressure and medium-low-pressure fans. It can be divided into centrifugal fans, axial fans and water treatment blowers; sewage stirring and aeration in hospitals and laboratories; vacuum paper feeding in the printing industry; stirring and aeration in electroplating tanks and industrial wastewater; plastic welding and blowing air Source supply; spray of burner, glass industry and others;
Blowers can also be classified according to technology: According to bearing technology, they can be divided into general mechanical bearing blowers, magnetic levitation blowers, and air suspension bearing blowers.
